Refund Policy

Due to the international nature of our shipments, we do not require physical return of the product for a refund. Here's how it works:

Defective or damaged-in-transit products

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through our Contact page, with photos of the product and packaging. After review, we'll process a full refund or send a replacement, no return needed.

Change of mind

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, as long as the product hasn't yet shipped from South Korea. Once shipped, orders can't be cancelled or refunded for change of mind due to import costs already incurred.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, to the original payment method.
