Shipping policy

■ Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from South Korea to Brazil, via international logistics partners which may include transit through international hubs before final delivery.

■ Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 15 to 25 business days from order confirmation, accounting for international transportation and customs clearance. This is an estimate and actual delivery time may vary due to customs processing, address accuracy, or events beyond our control.

■ Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly at aqualab.kr/apps/17TRACK.

■ Customs and Import
AQUALAB is a certified participant in Brazil's Programa Remessa Conforme (PRC). All applicable import taxes are calculated and included at checkout — there are no additional charges upon delivery. For more details, see our Import & Customs Info page.

■ Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or shows no tracking updates for more than a few days, contact us at support@aqualab.kr with your order number.
