The body cream Korean parents buy by the tub for children with dry, itchy skin — and which plenty of adults use on their faces too.

It is a plain ceramide cream: no fragrance, no actives, nothing to react to, at a price that lets you use it as thickly as it needs to be used. That last part matters more than it sounds, because under-applying a barrier cream is why they appear not to work.

For very dry, itchy and atopy-prone skin. Face and body, as often as needed.

1Apply to clean, slightly damp skin.
2Take a generous amount — more than feels necessary.
3Spread over the body, or press into the face.
4Go over elbows, knees and any rough patch twice.
5Reapply whenever the skin feels tight, several times a day if needed.
